Mind, body, and the courage to lead. A space where teens find their own direction, instead of being handed one.

Brihte Wayfinders is not another class to sit through. It's ninety minutes a week built around grounding the body, sharpening the mind, and doing something real with both. Teens leave each week having made something, said something, or given something — not just learned about it.

Grounded, Then Challenged

Every session opens with a short grounding practice — breathwork or movement to settle the nervous system before the thinking starts. From there, a real discussion, held Socratically rather than lectured, using a real person's story as the lens. Then the real work: a hands-on, creative project teens actually want to finish, not one they're enduring. The class closes with a casual reflection circle, not a report, just a chance to say what happened.

A Typical Session

Ground
A grounding stretch or breathwork practice to open the class.

Discuss
A Socratic leadership conversation, built around that week's person or theme.

Make
The real project; hands-on, creative, finished the same day.

Reflect
A quick, casual share-out to close the session.

What a Month Looks Like

Week 1

The Invention Challenge

Teams brainstorm wild new uses for an everyday object, then pitch their favorite like a mini Shark Tank. Fast, funny, real lateral thinking.

Week 2

Your Story, Told Your Way

Teens tell a story of a hard thing they pushed through — comic, voice memo, spoken word, their choice of medium.

Week 3

The Give-Away Project

Teens design and make something small to give away. Real generosity, finished and delivered.

Each month closes with a celebration circle. Teens share what they made, what they took a real step on, and what they're carrying into the next one. No grades. No performance. Just proof they followed through.
